While we provide telemedicine services, peptide protocols, hormone optimization, weight management, and lifestyle coaching, no medical advice is given through this website. Clinical care only occurs when: You complete required medical intake forms. You undergo a Good Faith Exam (if applicable). A licensed provider reviews and approves your treatment. You receive a formal treatment plan. Information on our site, emails, programs, and coaching is not a substitute for individualized medical care.

4. Telemedicine Services

If you engage in telemedicine, you understand: Diagnosis, treatment, and prescriptions are at the discretion of the licensed provider. You may be required to complete labs, upload documentation, or attend follow-up visits. You must notify your provider of any medication changes, side effects, or health concerns. You may be declined for treatment if it is not medically appropriate.

5. Coaching Services

Our nutrition, exercise, lifestyle, and hormone coaching services are educational and support-based, not medical treatment. Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed. You agree to: Follow recommendations safely. Consult your healthcare provider regarding major medical conditions. Use coaching materials for personal use only

6. Payments & Refunds

All services through Emerald Precision Health are cash-pay only unless otherwise stated. No Refunds. All payments for medical visits, coaching programs, digital products, lab testing, peptides, prescriptions, or medications, subscription–based services…are final and non-refundable, even if you choose not to use or complete the service. Subscription Services If you enroll in a monthly or program-based subscription, you authorize recurring payments until canceled according to the cancellation policy posted with each program.

7. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

By scheduling an appointment, you agree to our cancellation terms: No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be charged a fee. Refunds are not issued for missed appointments or unused services. Rescheduling is available when done within the required timeframe.

8. Products, Prescriptions & Compounded Medications

When ordering medications such as peptides, hormone therapies, or weight-loss prescriptions: Medications are fulfilled by third-party pharmacies. Shipping times, delays, or backorders are outside our control. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are prepared by 503A or 503B pharmacies. You assume responsibility for proper use, storage, and disposal of medications. Refunds cannot be issued for pharmacy charges.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, design, brand elements, graphics, programs, and downloadable materials—is the exclusive property of Emerald Precision Health and protected by copyright law. You may not: Copy, Distribute, Reproduce, Sell, Publish, Modify any content without written permission.
