Pricing

What this costs

Two prices are fixed and published. Ongoing care is monthly and is quoted to you before anything is charged. Everything here is cash pay, and this practice does not bill insurance.

Start here

$99

Initial telehealth consult, 60 minutes

  • A full hour by video with Brittney Diffiné, PA-C
  • A complete history: symptoms, training, sleep, medications and goals
  • A clear read on what is likely going on and what is worth testing
  • A written plan, and the cost of ongoing care stated before you decide

Testing

$499

Comprehensive lab panel

  • 69 to 72 biomarkers across hormones, metabolic health, thyroid and more
  • The consult is included in this price
  • Interpretation in plain language, not a printout
  • Not everyone needs the full panel. Testing is chosen after your consult

Ongoing care

What a program costs

Ongoing care is billed monthly.

The exact number depends on the program, how often you are seen and what is being managed, and it is quoted to you before anything is charged. Nobody here is enrolled in a program without knowing what it costs first.

If you want the number before booking, ask. Use the contact page and say which service you are asking about and we will tell you what the range looks like.

The fine print

What is not included

  • Medications

Medication costs are separate from program fees and are paid directly to the pharmacy. Pricing depends on the medication and the pharmacy, and is discussed with you before anything is prescribed.

  • Supplements

Supplements are ordered through the practice dispensary and are paid for there. Nothing is recommended because it happens to be stocked.

  • Insurance

This practice does not bill insurance and is not in network with any plan. Cash pay is what makes a 60 minute first visit possible.

  • Refunds and cancellations

Payments are final and non refundable, and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be charged. The full policy is in the terms.

Questions

About paying for care

Do you take insurance?

No. This is a cash pay practice and it does not bill insurance or work with any plan network. That is the trade that makes a 60 minute first visit and same clinician follow up possible.

Can I use an HSA or FSA?

Whether a given expense is eligible depends on your plan and on your own tax situation, and that is a question for your plan administrator rather than for us. Ask before your visit if it matters to you, and we will tell you what documentation we are able to provide.

Why is the consult only $99?

Because it is the front door. An hour of clinical time is worth more than that, and the price is set so that finding out whether this is a fit does not require a large commitment. What it buys you is a real evaluation and a straight answer, including the answer that this is not the right practice for you.

Do I have to buy the lab panel?

No. The $499 comprehensive panel is one option and it covers 69 to 72 biomarkers with the consult included. Plenty of people need less than that. Testing is chosen after your consult so you pay for what is useful.

What happens if I want to stop?

You can stop. Ongoing programs are monthly, the cancellation policy is set out in the terms, and payments already made are non refundable. Nobody is locked into a long contract.
