For high performing adults

Longevity and performance

Longevity work is not about chasing extremes. It is about protecting the things that decay quietly: muscle, metabolic flexibility, recovery capacity, sleep quality and cognitive sharpness. The plan starts from measurement, and it is built for people who intend to keep training and working at a high level for a long time.

Overview

How care works here

Everyone starts the same way: a 99 dollar consult that runs a full 60 minutes, by video, with Brittney Diffiné, PA-C. That visit is history and questions. Testing is ordered afterward so the panel is chosen for your situation rather than run in advance and interpreted later.

From there you get a plan you can read and understand, with the reasoning behind it, and scheduled follow up so it is adjusted on results rather than left running.

Who this is for

This may be a fit if

  • High performers who feel a step slower than they used to
  • Athletes managing training load, recovery and long term health together
  • People with a family history they intend to get ahead of
  • Anyone whose sleep, recovery or cognition has been trending the wrong way
  • People who want their numbers tracked rather than checked once a year

What is included

In your program

  • A 60 minute first visit

Training, sleep, recovery, stress, history and goals, with the clinician who will treat you.

  • Advanced testing

Metabolic, hormonal, inflammatory and cardiovascular markers chosen from your consult.

  • Recovery and sleep work

The largest lever most high performers have, and usually the least managed.

  • Muscle and metabolic protection

Protein, training and metabolic targets set so the things that decline with age are actively defended.

  • Therapies when appropriate

Peptide and other therapies are considered only where the evaluation supports them, with the evidence and the uncertainty stated plainly.

  • Tracking over time

Scheduled retesting so the plan responds to your numbers rather than to a protocol.

What to expect

Common timelines

2 to 4 weeks
Sleep quality, energy and recovery between sessions.
6 to 12 weeks
Training capacity, body composition and cognitive sharpness.
12 weeks and beyond
Metabolic and inflammatory markers on retesting.

Questions

Before you book

What does the evidence actually support here?

The largest and best supported levers are unglamorous: resistance training, protein intake, sleep, cardiovascular fitness and metabolic health. Those come first. Peptides and other therapies sit further out on the evidence, are used off label, and are discussed with that stated openly rather than presented as settled.

Do you prescribe peptide therapy?

It is considered when the evaluation supports it and when you understand what is and is not known about it. Peptide therapies involve off label use and are not FDA approved for every indication, and compounded preparations are not FDA approved. Nobody should start one without that being said out loud first.

How often is testing repeated?

Intervals are set for you at the first visit and depend on what we are tracking and what is being adjusted. The point is a trend line, not a single snapshot.

Do I need to be an athlete?

No. The programs are built for people who intend to stay capable, which includes plenty of people who have never competed at anything.
