Fitness and nutrition coaching
Need a coach? Meet Emilie.
Emilie builds the training and nutrition plans for clients at Emerald Precision Health, so your workouts and your meals line up with the rest of your care rather than pulling against it.
Your goals. Your plan. Your progress.

What you get
Coaching with Emilie
Four things, all of them built around you rather than handed to you off a shelf.
A training plan built around your life
Your schedule, the days you can actually train, and the equipment you genuinely have access to. A plan you cannot follow is not a plan.
A nutrition plan built for your goals
Built around how you already eat, not a meal plan you will abandon in a fortnight.
Regular check ins and real accountability
Someone who notices when the week went sideways, and adjusts rather than tells you off.
Coordinated with your care
If you are also a patient here, your training and nutrition are built with your clinical picture in mind rather than in a separate universe.
How it works
Three steps
01
Tell Emilie about your goals
A short form, or a message. It asks about your training and your schedule, never about your health.
02
She gets back to you
Emilie follows up to talk through your goals, your schedule and your habits, and to work out whether coaching is a good fit. Sometimes the honest answer is not yet.
03
You get your plan
Training and nutrition built around you, with regular check ins to keep it on track and adjust as things change.
Start coaching
Tell Emilie about your goals
Whichever of these is easiest. She replies to all three, usually within a couple of days, to talk through your goals and whether coaching is a good fit.
Email her
The most direct route, and the easiest to reply to properly.

Please keep it to training, nutrition and scheduling. Do not send medical conditions, medications or anything else about your health through any of these: none of them is a secure or appropriate place for it.
Or fill this in and she will come to you
Questions
Before you start
Do I have to be a patient at the practice?
No. Coaching is open to anyone. If you are a patient, your plan is built with your clinical picture in mind, which is the advantage of the two sitting under one roof. If you are not, you get the same coaching without that part.
Is this medical care?
No, and that distinction matters. Coaching covers training, nutrition and habits. It does not diagnose anything, does not treat anything, and does not replace advice from your own provider. Anything clinical belongs in a visit with a licensed clinician, not in a coaching conversation.
What if I have an injury or a condition?
Talk to your own provider about what is safe for you, and bring that guidance to Emilie so she can build around it. Please do not send medical details through this page. There is a reason this form never asks: it is not a secure place for health information, and Emilie is not the right person to assess it.
Do I need a gym?
No. The plan is built around whatever you actually have, whether that is a full gym, a set of dumbbells in a spare room, or nothing at all.
How do we stay in touch?
Check ins at a regular rhythm you agree at the start, so there is a fixed point to report back to rather than a vague intention to keep going.
Looking for the clinical side?
Hormones, metabolic health and longevity are handled by Brittney Diffiné, PA-C, in a 60 minute first visit.
